Every booking starts with a conversation about your event, your space and your guests. From there, Rosi can come as she is or become part of something we create together.
The Rosi Appearance
A vintage focal point, ready for your event.
Rosi arrives by trailer and is positioned and styled as a memorable backdrop or photo opportunity. Final appearance time, styling and site requirements are agreed in advance. The client manages any additional guest programming.
The Rosi Experience
An experience made for your guests and your brand.
Commission Rosi for a themed, staffed guest experience or branded installation. Concepts may include a floral moment, book-inspired experience, seasonal display or brand-specific creative direction. Planning, materials, staffing and customization are quoted separately and paid for by the client.
Every installation is different. No particular concept, styling or deliverable is included until we’ve agreed on it together.

The practical details. Final requirements for your site are always confirmed during planning, before anything is booked.
- Region
- Based in Alexandria, Virginia, and available across DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia. Other destinations by inquiry, where the logistics work.
- Delivery
- Rosi is delivered by trailer and positioned on site. She isn’t driven to events.
- Site access
- She needs flat ground, room for the trailer to get in and out, and a planned loading and unloading area. We’ll confirm the details for your venue before booking.
- Guest safety
- Guests stay on the ground: no climbing on, riding in, or standing on the truck or her bed.
- Confirmed during planning
- Footprint and clearance (including trailer access), setup and strike timing, weather plans, site permissions, power if needed, staffing, and insurance documentation.
